Those who sit very quietly in the silence that roars the name of the Light and do the most mundane jobs in love and devotion are performing a beautiful service that God sees as very great, indeed.

When the peace that is present is experienced, then the process is dynamic, moving, and changing. New ways come present. If you are worried and fearful, then these are areas to complete. If there is illness, then these are areas to complete. Whatever is not complete for you is an area calling for your attention and willingness to do what can be done for completion.

John Morton, DSS
When you have asked Spirit to be of service, you may find someone such as your retired parents, an infirmed cousin, or an orphan off the street coming to you and asking, "Will you put me up for awhile?" Maybe that is how you are to serve. Sometimes another person's illness is an opportunity for you to serve.

I see so many people forgetting the fun of life. They would rather be bored and bemoan what is going on. But God is present here, now. That is something to celebrate, to be in awe of. Allow yourself to play inside, even at times when people are being serious on the outside.

John-Roger, DSS
As you learn and become more aware, you will be able to do better -- for yourself and for your children.

We come to this planet to gain experience. Looked at that way, everything in our lifetime is designed to bring us closer to God.

QUESTION: My question is about knowing love. Sometimes I don't believe that I'm deserving of it. ANSWER: Worship is also worthship. God determined your worth when you were created. You are dealing with confrontations with the false self. Keep your values clear through faith and trust in God. Your job is to not participate in self doubt about your true worth and loving nature.

John Morton, DSS
Opinions are like noses; everybody has one. You wouldn't live in someone else's nose, so why live in their opinion? Just because someone says something, this does not make it so. It is so only when it's so inside of you, so check things out. And don't insist that other people live your opinion. Let them do things the way they want.

John-Roger, DSS
Take care of yourself on all levels. Do those things that will be uplifting. Be with other people who are following the upward path. Be loving to yourself and to others. Chant the sacred names of God. Open your heart to God's presence and walk joyfully in His loving embrace.

We can let go of what binds us to our past. We can let go of our bad habits and our negative conditioning. Sometimes this letting go takes place through a process of releasing, or a surgeon's knife, a major illness, a fall, a car crash, and -- please get this very clear -- by just saying, "It's over." But to say it's over, as statement of faith, means you've got to act, with your body, emotions, and mind, in a way that reflects that it is over. You can't say, "I'm going to quit smoking," and then buy cigarettes. You can't say, "I'm going to stop drinking," and then go sit in a bar. You've got to put yourself in line with the new behavior. Do you hear deep inside what I'm saying? You can't negatively prepare the place for yourself.
