Do you know what forgiveness is all about? It's not about you forgiving me anything. It's about me forgiving me for giving myself over to the exterior senses and selling myself out and not having a wonderful, joyful life inside. That's the greater forgiveness.

When you live from your experience, you will be able to perceive what is going on around you, react with empathy and loving, and reach out to assist others in their movement through life. You will forget about whether or not it might be "embarrassing" or "inappropriate" or some other judgmental label and just respond from the loving heart you are.

All you really have to do is your spiritual exercises, live your life and keep your eyes open. The inner awareness will come to you as you participate in your life and the situations that are presented to you daily.

In every culture, in every race and in every religion, people have common experiences. We all love, feel pain and happiness, hurt and joy. If we looked more for the things we have in common, rather than look for the differences, we would be able to appreciate each other more. And in our mutual appreciation, our perceptions would increase and it’s possible to do so much more.

We can attend to things in the world in ways that are uplifting, honoring and respectful, rather than something negative like a bother or irritation. Negativity often reflects our ignorance. Negative creation makes for opportunities for us to wake up, pause and hold while we discover the blessings that are present.

If you do take your consciousness and direct it toward something - a rose bush, for example - loving and blessing it, it will bear more abundantly. If you pray over seeds with your love, saying, "I will plant you, and you will grow and be magnificent," it will stir the life force within the seed and give it the promise to fulfill.

You have the ability to love yourself into health, wealth, and happiness; and you have the ability to love others into their health, wealth, and happiness, too.

God does not require any special words, any special postures, any special anything. God is entirely present with you all the time. At any moment that you sincerely ask for the assistance of the spiritual Light, it is there. Words are not even necessary.

If you don't complete something or you do something from negativity and anger, rather than loving, you look back at that action and something inside of you lurches and you think, "Oh, God, I don't want to look at that." THAT is your destroyer and betrayer. Go and correct the action. Change it so it will not beat you anymore.
