Within yourself, open your awareness to the movement of your Soul. You may find yourself wanting to be quiet so you can listen to the Spirit. You may find yourself experiencing moments of peace so profound that you experience divinity. You may find joy appearing spontaneously from so deep inside that you marvel at its presence. You may find yourself literally seeing flashes of light bouncing across your inner or outer vision or hearing the subtle sounds and tones of the higher realms as your awareness shifts from here to there. You may choose to start a journal, to record for yourself the experiences you are having of Soul Transcendence and to encourage yourself in your journey home.

Soul Transcendence is a simple path. There is nothing extraordinary you need to do. Simply open your awareness to all that is around you and all that is within you and follow the loving.

For those of you who are parents, this may sound like an old-fashioned cliché (and it is, but it's also still true): It is important to give your children solid spiritual and moral training at home. Educate your children about drugs. You don't need to say, "don't use" or "do use;" you don't need to preach or moralize. You will push your children away if you are critical or judgmental. Just say, "This is what happens." Bring out a medical book, show them the experiments, give them the information, and draw them in to talking about drugs and drug use. Educate them past this very human pattern of trying to fit in with the crowd.

At times in your life you may feel like you've mixed several things together and suddenly transmuted a "lead" into a "gold" so precious and beautiful that it's beyond words. Then you may forget what things you mixed together in what proportions, and you can't do it again. That can produce the form of suffering that comes with the inability to recreate the beauty that once happened. Yet that beauty was for then, and the human consciousness always moves forward into the eternal NOW. So it's important to live in the moment and create anew in each moment the "gold" of your beingness. You can never do it by using yesterday's formula. It is made new all the time.

When we understand the other person's point of view, we often find that they weren't aware that their actions were causing an irritation. When we find ourselves in this position of unknowingly irritating someone, we can simply change our actions. We all have the ability to change. If you want to change something, just do it. Wanting to change and being willing to change are the big keys.

When you realize that what you are doing isn't working, move to what is working. How? Awareness. It doesn't do well to judge or get upset when you see what isn't working. Go to your Soul.

The inner treasures are described by some as the true self or essence; by others, as the hidden treasures. The treasures are hidden, yet they are available. We find treasures in the personality, which includes our thinking, the emotions, the body, and how we put it all together and express it in the world. When we indulge in greed or negative thinking, we can corrupt part of our treasure. But if we look at someone else not as a competitor, but as another human being with whom we can negotiate so that each of us can have an experience of respect and reasonable profit, our treasure doesn't have to be depleted. In fact, the treasure can increase through acts of caring and consideration for others.

All love is within you. It's part of infinite supply; in fact, it is the infinite supply. It's important for you to keep calling forward the essence of spiritual love every day so you keep lifting higher. Let nothing stop you from this endeavor, for it is more important than any other activity.

Your ultimate destiny is to be consciously aware on all levels at all times and to know your own divinity. When you do this, you also know the divinity in all things and realize that it is all one. Then, what you do in your life is up to you to decide. You can do any number of things and still fulfill your destiny of knowing God; in other words, what you do here has little if anything to do with Soul Transcendence.
