You can build your body so that it does not become a heavy body, but a light body, so the Spirit can work more closely with you. When you reach a harmony within you, you can take cells that have been out of balance and place a ring of love around them and hold them in balance for five, ten, fifteen years. Love and joy and happiness can change the frequency of cell structure from the "doom and gloom" of a cell disintegrating to a lilting, joyful quality of a cell lifting into balance and harmony.

One lady told me that when she watched some other parents being really loving with their kids, she felt that she didn't do her job of bringing loving to her own children. She'd look at one of her sons, who was involved with drugs, and then compare what she did with him against what these other parents were doing. She forgot about the karma that her own children had. I told this woman that when she sees other people raising their children and they seem to be doing a tremendous job, she needs to remember they're not raising her children, or she might see them do a lousy job. Her children chose their family situation, and, all along, she was doing a great job with what was happening as part of the family dynamics.

Love is present all the time, just as Spirit is around all the time.

In the higher realms, creation is still going on. In the lower levels, however, creation is complete - or, at least, is set in high degrees of possibility or probability. Those who prophesy do so on what they foresee as being highly probable, but these things can be changed through what has traditionally been called the grace of God. Don't let the words block you. There is the possibility that you can, by learning how to enter into the consciousness of grace, change those life patterns that have been established as probable for you. As a person graces God (by their good works), it is possible for them to receive grace and change their pattern from one of poverty consciousness to one of abundance and prosperity.

Know who you are and what your life is about. It's about the loving, it's about the Light, it's about joy. And when you come across hurt and pain and destruction, what do you do? If it's in your level of concern, meaning on your way and you can't avoid it, you must deal with it. Deal with it with the consciousness of Light and love and healing. We deal with negativity not by becoming negative, but by being positive and holding into the positive, which converts the negativity. Negativity is transmuted by the force of the Light and the love, which is a constant positive force.

Each person has his or her own reality. No one can judge from the outside what another person is experiencing or expressing. That is why it is so important for each person to find their own truth, to find what is so for them, because it is always individual. Individual reality is based on many things from the past and from the present. It is based on the experience of the Soul and what each individual has learned from their own Soul's experience.

Ultimately, every one of us has a home in Spirit to return to. We are all here on earth to learn, to grow, and to complete whatever we have started. When you choose, as a Soul, to turn back into the Light and Sound that is your source, the inner strength to overcome the challenges, addictions, and limitations of this world comes into play. You begin to realize that the sensations of this world were all an attempt to remember and experience the immense loving Spirit from which you came.

As you develop discipline and become more and more attuned with the Light, something inside of you says, "I want to be of service. I want to help. Father, how can I help?" and the answer may come forward, "You're a channel for the Light. Go forward and do God's work."

Charity is the process of both giving and receiving. What value is it to give a gift if it can't be received? Others' taking is their extending the charity back to you. This consciousness of charity has never been one-way. It takes both the giver and the receiver to complete the action. When you give back to the giver (by accepting the gift), it makes you both feel good.

When you realize the glory of God and see it consciously, there are no problems. The glory is a celebration. It's the rejoicing of the Spirit. It's the "free at last." We are completely free. We are forever free. Until then, watch out. Don't take things for granted. Don't assume that you're always holding yourself up in the most positive Light and in the clearest way. Be ever vigilant. Choose the things that work for you.
