Your experience will be so much greater than anything you can read in a book. Just because it's written down, you don't have to think it's particularly special for you. Certainly it was special to the author. But only your experience will be special to you. And ultimately it is only your experience that will be your teacher.

Everything you hear - test it and check it. If it cannot be proved, if it cannot work for you, let it go.

Families always seem to fight. But after you get through fighting, you're still family. In the world now, when we fight, there is hatred and enmity. And when we win, we try to destroy the loser and punish them severely. One of the first healings that will start to take place will be our reluctance to punish anyone for anything. Instead, it will be an action of moving forward in unity and in balance.

Spiritual Warriors have the Sword of their Heart in front of them. They use awareness as their primary weapon, and their armor is their intention. If your intention is to be loving and caring, that means you cannot let anything that is not loving or not caring come in.

God is in all things. So there's no place where we're absolved of the responsibility to love it all. Then in a very practical way, love who is next to you. That's where the tests come in, the measurement of how we are loving God.

Nothing stands outside your loving. You love your mistakes along with your successes. You love the down times as much as the up times. In other words, you love yourself through everything, and your effort goes into loving.

If we just watch greed and control in our own lives, and not use punishment as a format for communication, we'll automatically lift into enlightenment. We won't know how it happens. It will be a by-product of these other actions.
