Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
Allow unconditional loving to expand into your emotions. This can throw you or there can be an immediate calming effect. Like fresh, clear water, the loving cleanses and purifies. Any feelings of guilt or judgment that you have held against yourself or others are now to be forgiven and forgotten. And just smile at them, for in this loving, you are aware of the magnificence of the Beloved that resides in you and is you. You experience compassion, understanding, and gratitude within you.
The hardest thing that we come against is loving each other. Jesus said it this way: "When you've done it to the least one of these, you've done it unto me" (Matthew 25:40). A lot of people never could figure out what that really meant, but you can understand it once you realize that God is in His creation as God, and we are manifestations of creation. And if God is omniscient, there are no secrets. Don't even try to pretend there are. If you do, you are going to waste and deviate your time away from keeping your eyes on the oneness. When you start to live in the oneness, you start to lift in consciousness. Lifting is, "I love this. I love that. I love you. I love myself even when I do mean, nasty things." That's my ego personality doing the mean things, or the basic self doing them, and I need to love that basic self, since it is me.
You are loved just as you are right now. Get that really clear in your heart. There is nothing you have to do differently to be loved by God. Who you are is enough in itself. And it's the truth about you. If the way you are and the way you behave aren't joy-producing for you, then you have the right and the ability to change. Regardless, God's love is consistently available to you.
You can adjust and change, but you have to have the wit to move towards the new, which means letting go of the old. When you have had enough of creating the negative things - unhappiness, isolation, loneliness, and depressions - and when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, you can alter and change.
If you had twenty-four hours to work this out in Love and Light or come back to the planet at another time to work it out, what would you do? Consider that. How would you address the other person in your tone of voice and the countenance on your face such that they wouldn't care what you were saying because they would be so awed by your radiant beauty? Consider that. Can you sing and dance in the rain? Consider that.
Perhaps there is a timing that exists outside our conscious awareness. Perhaps God calls to each and every one of His sons and daughters, and perhaps we all hear and then, in our own special timing, choose when and how we answer.
You recognize that your strength is in the spiritual consciousness, in the spiritual form which cannot be perceived with physical senses, and more and more you move to that. You place your direction and your desires there. Then you win your freedom over the dilemmas.
There's a thing called judgment, and then there's another thing called evaluation. Judgment would be, "I become a reference point, and you have no say-so." For example, I judge if I say, "You're too short." "Too" becomes a judgment. If I say, "You're five-foot-eight," that becomes an evaluation of your height. One is a judgment, and the other is observation and evaluation. If I stand by you and say, "Well, he's a little taller than I," that's just evaluation. I didn't say, "I'm too short," which is a judgment. I just said, "He's a little taller than I."
Move through all the experiences that come to you.
Moving your inner awareness into your Soul is easy, but it's just as easy to lose that awareness. You can fall out of awareness because the world doesn't seem to support spiritual awakening. Spirit lets you in easily, but It has to give way to the materiality of the world. The material world has a billion distractions, so it's necessary to watch where you place your focus and your motivation for creating what you want. If you want to know God, keep your eyes on God.
