You can release yourself from past actions through laughter. Even in your daily life, if you can laugh instead of taking umbrage at some of the things that people say or do, then you are already free at that moment and the situation can't hang on you.

All energy is the same - it comes from the same place. The source of that energy allows you to do with it anything you want because it loves you in spite of what you do, not because of what you do. It is the energy of unconditional loving.

The human consciousness can scale mountains, blow up bridges, travel to the moon, or destroy cities, but it cannot tear away the veil that separates the physical from the spiritual because that veil cannot be torn or pierced. But you can change yourself to move your consciousness beyond the veil of the lower levels and move into the spiritual.
