Throughout our lives, the only issue is returning home to God. The only pure motive is the love of God, and God can be found in everything and every one.

As you explore your inner space more and more, you come to have a clearer understanding of who you are. In that understanding is compassion and acceptance and loving; judgments fade. Harshness is replaced by gentleness. Rule by the sword is replaced by an inner discipline that consistently chooses positive expression. Law is replaced by grace.

Many times in the dream state you create illusion fields around yourself that will seem very real to you and provide the framework through which you work out your karma. You may not be aware that it has been created through illusion, and it can scare the daylights out of you. You can really frighten yourself with what you have created. Many of your fears that you create during the day become "reality" on the astral realm. Probably most of your nightmares are just you meeting up with those "monsters" you have created. It is all illusion. The instant you shift your focus and deny their existence, they are gone. Part of your training during the night travel is learning to discern reality from illusion. When you have perceived and confronted all illusion, you will find that only the Soul is left and you will be home free.

If you want to see what's going on, do spiritual exercises. If you don't care, don't bother.

Part of sharing Baraka, the Light, the Spirit, the love of the Soul, with one another involves the communication and connection that is transmitted through the eyes. You know the upliftment you experience when someone who loves you and whom you love looks at you and through their glance conveys all the love they have for you. You see reflected to you your potential, your value and your worth. You see a positive vision of yourself that can sustain you and give you the courage and confidence to grow and expand and express more than you've ever dared before. The power of the gaze is tremendous. When that is coupled with the energy of pure Spirit, it can shake loose levels of your consciousness that have been covered in layers of deception, tradition, convention, fear, rigidity, and other false images.

There is nothing in creation that is worthy of hatred, for God loves all of the creation.

In recent years, a number of my friends have been dealing with cancer and several have died. What I inevitably hear from people who get cancer is: "That's it! I'm not going to push myself so much. I'm going to stop thinking negatively, and I'm going to relax more." I have heard this theme repeated again and again, in various ways. Why do we have to wait to get cancer to change how we live? Instead, maybe we can just say to ourselves, "I'm not going to rush about and create stress. I'm going to be happy. I'm going to relax. And I am going to love because I want to, because it feels better, because it's healthier and more productive."

As we become positive creators, we start creating balance around us. As we see things in perfection within our minds, we can create that perfection around us.

Do you know how much God loves us? He gives us our own way, and He's making love to us all the time. Then you see someone you are attracted to, and your friends say, "What do you see in that person? They're not good looking." If your friends were looking through your eyes, they would see that you caught a glimpse of God in the other person; it reflects back, and you feel the love-making for them. Then we wonder why. We forget that God is making love with us, because we're busy trying to have sex out there, thinking that's more important than love. It depends on your attitude.
