The third way is contemplation, which is taking an object and becoming one with it, until you become absorbed by it or it becomes absorbed by you. The fourth way is spiritual exercises. Prayer, meditation, and contemplation take you into the kingdoms of heaven. Spiritual exercises go through the heavens into the kingdom of God.

The Mystical consciousness teaches: finding the inner Kingdom, the inner realms of consciousness, the absoluteness and purity of each individual in Soul. Learn those lessons well.

As you attune to the Light, if you repeat silently, "I ask for the Light for the highest good," this will provide a form of support or protection for you. If you have situations or people you are concerned about, you can place them in the Light, and then let go, confident that the Light is with them. As you release problems into the Light, you may actually feel them lift from you, leaving you freer inside. But just as in the practice of prayer, when you are using the Light, it is always best that your intention be for the highest good.

God is the creator of all things. We are co-creators, and that's something we are learning how to do in this world. We are here simply because this world is a great opportunity to learn to become a responsible creator. We get to make a lot of mistakes here and still go on and improve our ability as a creator. Ultimately we are in a destiny to align and become a co-creator with God.

In practicing Soul Transcendence, look for ways to increase your altitude. How can you see your life and your choices more clearly? How can you see positive outcomes in the face of evidence that looks negative? Choosing the most loving response available to you sets you on the path of Soul Transcendence.

When you stay present, in the moment, taking care of what comes your way to the best of your ability, keeping your heart open, and asking for Spirit's assistance and blessing in all that you do or say, then you are in good territory.
