When you can release the concept of "I'm here and they're there," one day you will find that you are in everybody's heart. You won't perceive others as being less or more than you are. You will know their heartaches and their joys because they are, in essence, the same as yours. Then you'll be so involved in finding "you" in everybody around you that there just won't be any room for boredom, anxiety, or depression. You'll find the spiritual form that is "you" in everything and everybody. You'll find incredible beauty in everything.

Many people find themselves searching endlessly for sensation out in the world in order to avoid facing the hurt, anger and upset they find when they turn inside to find peace. Many people don't know that their peace lies beyond their pain.

The convergence of Spirit inside of you and the alignment of your energies to God are vitally, vitally important things. We do convergence and alignment through harmonic vibrations, we do it through visualization, we do it through seeing the Light, we do it through seeing the beauty, the peace. We do it through living the best way we can, and we live it mostly by forgiving every action we've done, even this last one.

It is by your actions that you are known.

We are being allowed the vibration that is the Sound of God - the inaudible, inconceivable experience. Can that be a more available or more consistent experience? That is entirely between you and the Lord. How you are ministered to during spiritual exercises is the Lord's domain. That includes the pace, the reality, and any occurrences that take place. It is so diverse that it becomes unique to each individual and sufficient so there is never a lack in what is being ministered. It sustains us.

I don't forget to do my spiritual exercises. I don't forget to do these things that are required of me spiritually. They're the continuity of the spiritual life.

If one sister or brother is teasing another, teach the other child that he or she does not have to allow that. They can walk away from the situation and go somewhere else.

Those people who are going to break free of their karma this time, those people who are going to release themselves from their karmic debts and from the lower realms of negativity, must indeed demonstrate that they are ready to handle their responsibilities, their duty, their dharma. It is a twenty-four-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week job. There are no vacations either, but the rewards are certainly worth it. The job requires total commitment to honesty, truth, duty, and love, a continual demonstration of those qualities, and eternal vigilance so that you don't miss anything.

Q: Is there anything I need to know to further my Soul transcendence and spiritual evolution? J-R: Spiritual exercises. If I knew of any other way, I wouldn't talk about spiritual exercises. If I knew it was chocolate candy bars, that's what we'd have here.

The work that goes on in this physical world can pull attention away from the Spirit. Asking questions of the Spirit like, "Should I get another job, move to another city, and seek other friends?" doesn't ultimately tend to lift you into a higher consciousness. Spirit's work with you is much easier when you handle the "ten percent " level of this world as effectively as you can from your present level of knowledge and ability.
