Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
Allow unconditional loving to expand into your imagination. Let your eyelids, eyebrows, and the furrows between the eyes relax. Let them be calm and peaceful. This is not about trying. This is a flowing where we just see what comes in. You become aware of your wholeness as a spiritual being. Allow your role as a co-creator with God to become clearer to you, as you find yourself in alignment with the flow of the Spirit.
Love your consequences. They are your opportunity to learn. They are your opportunity to gain wisdom. They are your opportunity to properly identify with what is true.
If you go into shock when your child uses a word that you think is "nasty," go stand in front of the mirror and say that word over and over until it loses its power over you. Then you'll be able to direct your child into better expressions, rather than reacting when he or she says something "dirty."
One of the biggest keys is to watch your attitude. Remember, the stock isn't "good" or "bad," which is a judgment. It is just presently going up or down, which is an evaluation. All you have to do is evaluate a situation. Do not place a judgment, a moralistic value, on it. In the Soul, there is no morality; there just is. The personality has morals. It will judge, put out self-rightfulness, call you dirty names, and maybe hit you in the face. But the Soul is attempting to get through all these levels of the seeds and weeds you have planted.
We are all spiritual beings. We are all of God. We are all of Spirit. There is nothing that is not of God. There is no one who is not of Spirit.
The Soul is a state of liberation. In life, we have children or we do not. They survive or they do not. They are sick or healthy. Regardless, the Soul is partaking in it all from a consciousness of receiving value and learning.
There are techniques, like chanting tones, that are tied to the levels of Spirit awakening within us. By doing this, we gain strength of Spirit. People often think we gain strength of Spirit by facing an adversary here in this world. I don't think that's gaining spiritual strength as much as it is delineating the parameters in which that adversary functions, so that we can place them in a holding action. To gain strength means we go into Spirit, to reside there in a greater consciousness that exists while we're here on this level.
God is already present inside you. You just need to be patient as that truth reveals itself to you. As you relax and listen within, you will automatically start to attune yourself to the presence of God. With that awareness, you can begin to let God take charge. As you "let God" handle your life, problems in the outside world will have less power over you, and you will experience more love and forgiveness for yourself and others. Letting go and letting God leads to inner freedom.
Lay a foundation inside of you of health and balance. Negative emotions such as lack, envy, jealousy, greed, lust, rage, despair and hopelessness can disrupt you physically. You can learn from whatever brought those feelings up. Also learn to let those emotions go, as they are disruptive and they don't support you. The most important thing you can do to experience peace inside is to cease doing againstness. When you indulge in jealousy, anger or lust, you are in againstness - against yourself. It may seem like you are against someone or something outside you, but take a good look: Where do those feelings reside, and who are they affecting?
You distress yourself. You suppress yourself. You desecrate yourself. No one else can do that to you unless you allow it. You allow it when you work from a point of weakness, a point of insecurity, a point of, "I'm no good." I've heard many people say they're not worth much, not up to much, and so forth and so on; then they bemoan their fate and ask why better things don't happen to them. Who's going to give anything to you when you're not up to much, when you're not worth much?
