Before we battle any "demons" out there, we first have to battle those in our own heads. If we constantly "exorcise" ourselves of those things, life becomes easier and we become more peaceful.

God has been called many things by many people. Yet, there is but one God. Some call it Allah or Krishna, and others call it Christ. People often attempt to isolate God within their cultural or religious vocabulary definition. They try to own God, making God their private domain, available to others on a membership-only basis, the dues being anything from worshiping according to a specific doctrine to paying specified amounts of money to a church. This purportedly ensures that the church and its head will pray for you, which guarantees salvation, since they supposedly have a private line to God. Yet, there is but one God.

John-Roger, DSS
When you're living in the now, you can accomplish much more than when you try to live in the past or the future. By accomplishing more, you can live through a wider space of time, and things that once seemed formidable to you, now come within your field of accomplishment. You just do what needs to be done. That's living eternity in this moment. And nothing is quite so beautiful.

John-Roger, DSS
Not one Soul will be lost. Not one Soul will be lost. Get the intention. When you do, you have gotten the God behind all of that.

Always take care of yourself. However, you are not here in this world to live in fear and avoid every experience that appears risky to you. Get the best information you can. I have found that the media tends to focus on extremes and what is sensational, often exaggerating or biasing what is reported. Regardless, it is your responsibility to evaluate your experience and what you perceive to be so and make your choices accordingly, striving to do the best with all things considered. Because we are human with human limitations it is always best to be open to the natural knowing and wisdom present within each of us. To follow that truth can take great courage. And so choose wisely and trust your inner guidance that comes from your heart and Soul.

John Morton, DSS
Don't resist the negativity within you. Love it. Loving will purify and lift all negativity.

John-Roger, DSS
Allow unconditional loving to expand into your mind. How do you do this? By saying, "God bless my mind." Or you can just experience any negative or distracting thoughts being transmuted or dissolved in the beautiful Light of the Spirit. You may find yourself thinking lovingly and supportively of yourself and others. You may find yourself in a simple place of neutrality, just loving the perfection of God's plan.

John-Roger, DSS
It's okay to apologize to your children. You can make mistakes, too. They'll still love you.

While you are here on this planet, get all you can in the levels of your experience, in the levels that bring forward your own unfoldment. As soon as you grab for one thing, you are going to lose something else; it is going to go by you. That is why you keep yourself open and flexible, and you just keep moving. As a new experience comes in, you are right there to learn from it. You're not off in your mind regretting what happened in the past or daydreaming about what might happen in the future; you are "here and now." Keep moving your position constantly into the "here and now."

John-Roger, DSS
Some of you fear doing your spiritual exercises because it is so beautiful in the inner realms that you don't want to come back to this world. You'll get over the fear. The same thing that was here before you do spiritual exercises is still here all the time anyway. This movement of spiritual inner awareness builds inner courage and strength, because you've got to be able to handle this level and the Spirit level.
