Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
When you get to know people you've had bad feelings about, you often find out that they are not so terrible after all.
The "one God" turns away no loving Souls. The one God is not concerned with doctrine, physical rules of behavior that change from generation to generation, or definitions. God answers to any name, as long as it is said in loving.
If you deceive your loved ones, the disharmony you bring to yourself may be more than you care to handle. It won't be more than you can bear. You can bear it because God has said not one Soul will be lost, not one. It can be a long, long time before you get back to God in conscious awareness. But if you bring your own levels of consciousness - the subconscious mind, the conscious mind, the high self - together in cooperation, if you change your expression and perform into your own perfection, if you do what your Soul stands in need of having done, you can clear past imbalances rapidly.
Help your child explore the house. Let them take everything out of the linen closet, and then show them how to fold it up and put it all back. If it's not done perfectly, who cares? You can put the towels back correctly next time you use them.
It is every Soul's heritage to overcome denial. We do that by our faith. How do we do faith? By paying attention to what in reality moves our life. Just paying attention to it. If you do not know where to start, start with your breath.
If your mind plays questions, you can, if you wish, use the spiritual law of assumption: to assume right now that you are in Soul consciousness. In this place of the Soul, you experience unconditional loving for yourself and everything around you. Any disturbances are dissolved instantaneously in this awareness and it all becomes energy that's added to you for your strength and your purpose.
Acknowledging what you are hanging on to is the essential first step to letting it go. Denial won't make something go away. In fact, the act of denying something actually affirms its existence, because you're putting energy into it. If, for example, there's a piece of paper on the floor that you can't be bothered to pick up, every time you see the paper, your energy will go into stepping around it. Similarly, denying a loss or an upset or a disappointment requires you to invest a lot of mental energy in avoiding the subject. You have to risk letting go of what no longer works for you in order to move into what does work. When you allow yourself to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, you create a space that can then be filled with your loving.
Re-attune yourself to the spirit of the heart and the loving, and the Kingdom of Heaven.
There is a place of integrity within, where the true self lives, where you do not deceive yourself - the home of truth. It can be a bloody place, a place of real severity, and it can often be involved with suffering. But the pain will dissolve, the wounds will heal, and peace will bloom once you choose and commit to finding the source of your life's joy within you. Then the negativity is transmuted on the altar of your honesty, and the flower of your life blossoms in joy, loving and abundance.
When the Soul is present, you experience love and joy in all that you do. You are like a little kid, singing and playing your way through all sorts of situations.
