Pressure can cause you to cry out, "For God's sake, leave me alone!" Then when the other person backs off, you may say, "No, wait… I didn't mean that." You just want them to give you a little space. You're really saying, "Just be tender, love me, let me breathe, let me feel that wonderful, free flowing loving inside of me."

Man's consciousness is multidimensional. The physical is only a small part of the totality. Therefore, do not identify yourself exclusively as your physical body, your emotions or your thoughts. Those are tools to use for your learning; they are not your beingness. You learn with those things, and you know you have learned when you no longer repeat your errors.

Shift how you process yourself, others and the conditions in your life so that you do what you do, they do what they do, things are the way they are and it's good enough for God's acceptance from His absolute need for perfection in everything, always, in all ways.

So many times the way out of something is to go through it and gain the greatest awareness available to you.

If you want to complete things with your mother, call her. If that can't be done, take some quiet moments, see her in front of you, and tell her whatever you need to, to bring something incomplete in you to completion. Trust me, she'll get the message. As you talk to her or to others outwardly or inwardly, in this world or in the world of Spirit, you will bring balance and completion to yourself.

When you hear negative direction, including input giving you the feeling that you may be disconnected from Spirit, you can handle it simply by doing that which supports you. If the negative force tries to convince you that Spirit and you are no longer one, sit down, call in the Light, and start chanting. In time, you will experience your spiritual connection.

When an initiate into the Sound Current experiences death from the physical level, it's more of an awakening to the greater awareness of Spirit. The connecting link to the Traveler remains solid; progression continues on from where the initiate left off.

People say, "Can I find enlightenment on this path?" and I tell them, "Yes, absolutely. If you will follow these principles of initiation and Soul Transcendence, you will get it."

You may find, from deep within your beingness, you open yourself to receive that which is of God. You may feel the Spirit touch to you; you may hear a voice whisper, "Be still and know that I am God." And you will know that you are awakening to your Self more and more.

When you do what is best with what you know and where you are, and when you decide that whatever happens, you will continue to lift yourself and use everything as an experience of consciousness, you will make it.
