When your children come home from school, make sure that home is the playground, the paradise. Home represents the kingdom of heaven to children. It's the place to refuel and charge up their batteries.

Let go and move with the changes as they come forward. You have sometimes looked at this as a form of punishment, but it is not. It's a form of discipline.

No one comes to the Mystical Traveler who will not be lifted. These, too, can be the words you pray and the consciousness you demonstrate: "No one will come to me that I do not radiate to them something of the greatness of the Spirit, of divine love and Light, of Baraka." You can do this. These things are of greater service to humanity than I can express in words. These things simply are.

Rumi said it something like this: "Beyond our differences is a field. And I'll meet you there." You have a relationship in the world that has polarity. It's a charged atmosphere, and how do you serve in a charged atmosphere without getting all charged up? You consider, "Who am I? What am I? What is my intention here?" Doing this is using your neutral state as a source for knowing who you are and what you are in the situation. It allows you to be in the world, but not of it. It allows you to be involved in the situation - serving, but not attached to the results.

The physical body is only one expression of you; you also express on many other levels.

Take good care of yourself. Find out what works to fill you and balance you; then you can give of your overflow and loving to your family.

The discipline of spiritual attunement through spiritual exercises is not a restriction; it's an affirmation of your ability to sit down and maintain a positive focus. In spiritual exercises, you learn what you are creating and how. You learn to observe everything you think or do. You learn to concentrate the energy of Spirit inside of you and become a true channel of harmonious energy and balance. Once you have learned the discipline of Spirit, freedom appears spontaneously. Joy appears spontaneously. And loving is entirely present.

There's nothing in there that says you can't make mistakes. Jesus said, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." And if you make a mistake, get busy correcting it, because he also said, "Don't talk about the board in somebody else's eye until you get the board out of your own eye." In other words, go around and perfect yourself before you start judging everybody else. After you've got that one out of your eye, you may realize that you've got other things to work on, so you don't get a chance to judge anybody else. You can say, instead, "I'm just so busy perfecting myself that I don't have time to know who's right and wrong." You see, every time you judge, you hurt.

The neutral state is not a polarized position. It's a position that is equally available to the positive and the negative, yet it also transcends the positive and the negative. One way you know that you're neutral is when you're not attached to the positive any more than you're attached to the negative. Spelled out, that is releasing any expectations.
