What determines whether you are more or less spiritually aware is your own individual ability to tune in to Spirit. The responsibility always comes back to you as an individual.

Changing a habit takes time and patience. So to build inner trust, relax, be gentle with yourself, and do keep your word with yourself -- one small agreement at a time.
