Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.

Every single one of us has the opportunity to look at ourselves as under-performing or inadequate because that's an easy thing to do in this world. It's part of our humanness. This world doesn't always represent who we are in the Spirit. So when we look outside and take ourselves away from the inner experience of who we are to some exteriorization of that in the physical world, we must then return to that perfection within to know our true goodness. And when we return within, we rediscover time and again, "I am loving, and I am always here." That loving and perfection within is an experience of who we truly are.

John Morton, DSS
When you just let the experience of spiritual exercises be what it is -- a sitting down, relaxing, attuning with the God within -- what a pleasure it is. It's not a chore. It's a treat. Under the law, it might be a chore. Under grace, it is delightful. Under the law, it is the "sword" that enforces it; under grace, it is the inner discipline responding to God's calling for your presence in His heart. What a difference!

John-Roger, DSS
MSIA is not here to give you or anyone the experience of working with Spirit. That is all up to you. We do not do that for you -- you do. If I gave you experiences and did these things for you, then you would be dependent on me for your growth, and I am not teaching anyone to be dependent on me but, rather, quite the opposite. I am here to show people how to become "innerdependent" -- dependent upon the inner voice of God, which is within each and every one of us.

John-Roger, DSS
Tuning in to a station on the radio takes time, patience, and a fine ear. We have to apply the same care to our spiritual attunement. We tune into Spirit through our mind, our emotions, our imagination, and our physical bodies, so we have to achieve a working balance among all of them. This means tuning in so that our minds, our emotions, our imaginations and our bodies are all present, all focused on the one goal. Then the Soul says, "It's done." And the mind says, "It's done." The emotions say, "It's done." And the body says, "Yes," and takes action.

As we do unto each other in loving, Heaven on Earth is present.

The Mystical Traveler's energy is directed toward your gaining the awareness of that which is your divine heritage.

John-Roger, DSS
One of the great follies of following any particular spiritual path is the temptation to "play God." You do this by twisting the teachings to say, "I am spiritual, divine, the essence of God," but forgetting to ground those ideas into physical reality, which includes the body, imagination, emotions, mind and unconscious, with all their inherent illusions. You don't have to play what you are; what you are not, you cannot play. There is no need to misrepresent what is going on. You are not God in the sense of the Supreme God. You do carry within you an essence of God, an essence of the Christ consciousness. Outwardly, you are a reflection of the Soul that is in direct contact with God.

John-Roger, DSS
On the Soul level, satisfaction is not a concern because there is nothing negative to use for comparison. The natural, eternal state in Soul is an active comfort of being.

Taking care of yourself first might mean: get a job, pay your bills, take the dog for a walk, keep your house clean, or get enough sleep at night. When these basic need levels are taken care of you can then look around you to see if there are others who need help. If you are volunteering your time for this, that and the other thing but you don't have your rent paid for this month, you really haven't been taking care of yourself first, and it may cause tension or conflict inside of yourself.

John-Roger, DSS
As a Spiritual Warrior you need to get this very clear: "If I am with the all, then I am not in tension or in need. I know I am with all things. I do not feel lack or pressure. I am poised. I am silent, peaceful. I can deal with any form that comes my way and let it go. I am not bound to anything." This is correct imagination.
