The Spirit of God has reached into every level of darkness and brought the Light so that none who seek it can be denied. All are embraced by the Light, the love of God. You are free to move past all that confines, all the conditions. Choose wisely, choose freely. All is here now. The Kingdom is opened unto you.

Love is a process of now. If it's the past, it's nostalgia or a depression. If it's in the future, it's an anxiety or an apprehension. If we try to place love upon that, we may be talking about the reproductive system of the body moving up and down inside of us and we call that love. And it may just be peristaltic movement of something inside of us. But love is the process of the here and the now.

Very often, the value of doing spiritual exercises is not found at the time you are doing them. It works much like when you run for exercise: you get the benefits after the running is over. In the same way, sometimes you get the benefits of spiritual exercises long after they are over.

You must be the teacher of the level below you, a competent worker on the level you're on, and a student on the level above you; then you can move ahead in your spiritual consciousness.

You cannot do anything wrong as long as you are acting with love and awareness.

Each one of us wants to move back into that loving oneness, that wholeness we sometimes refer to as holiness. We become holy and sacred when all levels of our beingness are working in cooperation with one another: the parts of our consciousness that function in this world, and the Soul, the essence of who we really are.

Rather than allowing conditions to take away from your well-being and happiness, choose to be happy and content with your being, regardless of your creations. We open ourselves up with every opportunity to love one another and to share in the giving with one another.

Your own movement of spiritual inner awareness is a progression, with no beginning and no end.

You can use all the levels as tools for your advancement. You use your body to move through the space, toward your goal. You use your imagination to create the image of reaching home safely. You use your emotions to keep you happy and joyful. You use your mind to decide upon a good direction and keep you focused on completing that direction. And you use the areas of the unconscious to strengthen you as you learn to discern reality from illusion.

It is your responsibility to be loving -- not to let yourself be taken advantage of -- but to be loving in all your relationships.
