Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
In whatever we experience or encounter, whether it is something we like or do not like, whether it is expected or unexpected, regardless of the nature, we embrace all in truth and love by letting go and trusting in God's will.
Question: If I am not remembering what's happened during the sleep state, is just as much taking place? Answer: Yes. Look at it this way: you're not aware of what's happening on 42nd Street and Broadway in New York, but there is still a lot going on there.
We teach spiritual exercises as a means to bring forward a discipline inside that brings you into line. You move past everything this world can offer you -- your own personality, other people's personalities, possessions, wealth, glamour, the crazies, the depressions, the illusions, all of it. As you get past these levels, a remarkable thing begins to happen: a dynamic freedom starts appearing with you.
When the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, you have reached a spiritual attunement in your beingness. You don't have to guess if and when that occurs for you. There is no guessing. You will know by the experience. When you experience Spirit's presence within you, there is always a side effect. It's called joy. When you are in harmony, you will experience joy along with its companion, a sense of peace.
What does "essence" mean? And how can it be inside of you? Even when you consume something (a chocolate cake, a car, or even a relationship) you have only consumed the form. It is like the shell of a nut without the kernel, and that is why forms can never, ever satisfy. What you are really searching for is the kernel, the essence, the interior sense of fullness and satisfaction. But as long as you are looking "out there" you won't find that essence. It is "in here," already inside of you. And it is by manifesting your Spirit that you gain access to that hidden essence. Only by manifestation do you bring it out and put it to work in your life.
Do not inflict what you identify as your spirituality upon other people. Live in simplicity. Live in the truth of your own beingness, and let your actions speak for you.
The trick is to just keep doing and moving forward into each new moment.
We are here to become the embodiment of loving.
When you love, you live. When you live, God pours forth his energies through you into the world.
Naturally there are always falls. Spirit may even kick you down the mountain, to the level below. (As I said, Spirit can be ruthless!) You come back down looking like a nincompoop. You flounder around saying, "Oh, I don't know how to do this." Though getting pushed down a level in this way can be discouraging, this is how Spirit tells you that you've got more learning to do on that level; you didn't grasp it completely the first time. Now the challenge is to master it, then move on.
