Beyond Cards, Kleenex, and Casseroles- How to tend a broken heart including our own.

In this workshop the first half will be a discussion of the various kinds of grief we experience and some general suggestions of ways to do our own inner work as we strive to support and hold space for those who are hurting. We will also discuss what works for those grieving.Ā  The second half of the workshop will be an opportunity to participate in the successful format used for more than two years with our support groups to hold space and light for ourselves and each other.Ā  Laughter, JR quotes, healing and YOU are the magic ingredients.

Led by Arlene Stepputat along with HeartFelt Director Skyler Patton. Arlene is a minister and an initiate who has been working in the field of death and dying for many years. She is also the project manager for the National Hospice and Palliative Careā€™s End of Life Doula Covid Grief Support Project. Arlene has been offering grief support as a service for many years.Ā  Her website isĀ www.dyingingrace.com.
