The Two Processes of the Mind - Attitude and Altitude
John-Roger explains how the consciousness of the Mystical Traveler works with each of us. He explains the quality of "natural knowing" that we all have and how he seeks to awaken that quality within us. When we find our own knowing, without reference to outside conditions, then we are gaining altitude in our consciousness, and a positive attitude is the natural result.
