Creating Each Day Through Grace
This short meditation was offered by John Morton, Spiritual Director of MSIA, during a Masters of Spiritual Science Class. He begins in this way, “When you’re working with the Traveler in the Spirit you always want to be in a nice, relaxed, open consciousness. Place your body in a more relaxed position with your eyes closed, allowing your breath to go in deeply, relaxing, balancing, as you stay alert.”
Within the meditation, John calls attention to the learning that comes from inside. “Breathe deeply again,” he says. Then he suggests you release any judgments and appreciate the silence.
Listening to this meditation can be a beautiful way to assist yourself into greater awareness of the Spirit.
