The Importance of Food and Breathing with Meditation
This seminar is for those of us who don’t take good care of our physical bodies. “There is a frequency moving across the planet,” John-Roger states. “We’re in it and it’ll be with us for a good many thousand years. You can respond by lifting yourself into spiritual consciousness. And of course, you can do things to help the body manage the frequency of this energy, like getting yourself into better health.”
J-R continues, “The Soul, residing in the physical temple, works through many levels into the world. And part of this is our nutritional level. The things that you take into your body should be of the highest quality that you can muster. Eating really should be a sacred ritual because it’s sustaining the life force in the physical body. When you eat, you would do well to bring the greatest harmony and balance that you can to assist in digesting your food.”
J-R adds this warning. “And, of course, I think we all know that these things called insecticides and pesticides are not helpers for the body.” J-R goes into details about the foods we choose, where they come from, and how they help or hinder us.
In addition to food, J-R explains the importance of healthy breathing from the diaphragm. In the seminar are details of how to maximize breathing techniques, along with a beautiful fourteen-minute healing meditation.
