How many times have you said to yourself, what is spirituality and am I spiritual? Well, it can be confusing, because getting to where you are now, you’ve probably experienced experts telling you how you should behave in order to be a spiritual person: fold your hands just like this, or pray just like that, or don’t ask questions, just have faith. Sound familiar?
John-Roger says in this seminar, “I want to know what these levels of religion or spirituality are, and I’d like to know where I am. And I’d like to know where all these people are who come at me with their various religious schemes, and tell me mine’s wrong. What am I supposed to say?”
