If zero percent were to represent no growth at all, and one hundred percent represented the amount of growth and learning possible in any situation --like your life -- what would be your percentage? Before you respond, here is John-Roger's caution, "The spaces inside of you that you are not occupying at 100 percent will be shook up. If you’re shook over what you hear or read anywhere, you’ve given yourself over to something of the world that is not fulfilling you." In this seminar, J-R encourages us to do our stretching and growing at the 100% level in order to find fulfillment and upliftment. one way he suggests we do our 100% is to make sure we're doing OUR 100%, and not taking on somebody else's troubles.
"You have to push the hurt out and get your Spirit in there," J-R says, "and take that space inside. Do you understand the value of meditation and of Soul Transcendence? In those, you’re opening up a spigot to bring in and feel everything: the cells, the blood, the nerves, all your emotional, electrical, magnetic bodies, the psychic bodies, the mental, the etheric. You’re getting all of it filled up so there is nothing, absolutely nothing but the Spirit of God in and around you on all levels. Do any of us have that? No, but that’s what we’re going towards."
