Today's Loving Each Day Quote

If I act out of integrity and loving, it doesn't matter who is right. It doesn't even matter what happens. What does matter is what I have invested inwardly.

If I am attached to my history of limitations, which weighs down the present, I have lost the war even if I win the battle. If I present myself and my point of view in loving, with no attachments to the outcome, I have won before any battle has started.

About MSIA

John-RogerThe purpose of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) is to teach Soul Transcendence — becoming aware of yourself as a Soul and as one with God, not as a theory but as a living reality. Your Soul is who you truly are; it is more than your body, your thoughts, or your feelings. It is the highest aspect of yourself, where you and God are one.

Equally important, MSIA presents an approach that focuses on how to incorporate spirituality into your everyday life in a tangible, workable way. We call it “practical spirituality.”

John-Roger's Challenge of the Week

Increase your worth in your consciousness. Become the You that you are.

Fulfill your physical level, and let it spill over into the spiritual levels. Don't cheat yourself. Don't hold back. If some happiness comes in, reach out and grab it. If it's there for thirty seconds, use a hundred percent of it. If it's there for two days, use a hundred percent of it. And if it slips out of your hands in twenty minutes, don't think, "Well, maybe I shouldn't have enjoyed it, because now it's gone." It has been slipping away from you all along anyway, so when it's available, increase the happiness towards yourself.

If somebody has some joy, unfold it towards you. If they have positive words, and a strong, uplifting feeling, unfold that towards your own life.
