Have you ever wondered where courage comes from and what it really takes to be courageous? In this seminar, John-Roger talks about courage as integrity in action. He says, "It's called honesty with yourself�extreme honesty, brutal honesty�and believe me that takes courage. It's much easier to say, 'oh well, that doesn't mean me, that doesn't apply to me.' � It's about being clear and communicating the truth and sacrificing the rest.
Where can you find the ability to be courageous? The heart. And what can block your courage? The ego. J-R says, "The heart, as it speaks to you, it will relate to you exactly what you need to know at any given point in time but will not allow you to parade your ego knowledge�"
J-R also talks about communication with others and how courage comes into play and changes the game. "We start talking," he says, "and finding out there's a unity in this clarity of consciousness, of just open communication, not individual perception. …Like, 'well I saw it and you didn't so therefore tough luck�' But it's like 'I saw it. You didn't so I'd like to tell you what it was so you'll know. 'Cause we're gonna be strong together�'
