If you are experiencing technical problems with the MSIA – Love, Light and Sound app, please fill out the form below. The information you provide will be forwarded to the app developers to track user experience and to potentially assist in finding a solution, if applicable.
Note that common problems are sometimes resolved by basic troubleshoots. We strongly encourage you to try the following before submitting this form:
1. Try logging out, then back in – Sometimes caching issues arise when staying logged in for too long, and sometimes this action is necessary for changes to take effect.
2. Update the App – Check that you are using the latest version of the app available in the GooglePlay / Apple App store. If you’re not, update it. We regularly publish updated versions containing bug fixes to previously-reported issues.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app – Even when downloading the latest version, data packets can be corrupted due to interruptions in your connection mid-download. NOTE: This action does not log you out of the app. Be sure to try #1.
4. Force close the app via your device’s app settings– This could help if he app is stuck on an error or loop. Note: This action does not log you out of the app. Be sure to try #1.
5. Check your Subscription status (if applicable) – If you cannot access any content behind the paywall on TWI, check your subscription to make sure it’s still active and renew if necessary. This is done at www.thatwhichis.org, not the app. If you can’t access content for Discourse/SAT subscribers, Ministers, or Initiates, verify that your subscriptions/memberships are current and in good standing with the MSIA office.
