Note that common problems are sometimes resolved by basic troubleshoots. We strongly encourage you to try the following before submitting this form:
1. Try logging out, then back in – Sometimes caching issues arise  when staying logged in for too long.
2. Check that you are using the latest version of the app available in the GooglePlay / Apple App store. If you’re not, please update it. – We regularly publish updated versions containing bug fixes to previously reported issues.
3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app – Even when downloading the latest version, data packets can be corrupted due to interruptions in your connection mid download.
4. Force close the app and re-start it – This could help if he app is stuck on an error or loop.
