In this seminar, J-R suggests that one way to gain experience is by knowing the negative things around us and staying clear from them. He teaches about the ten-fold errors that we have to watch out for. Examples are greed, adulterous desires, theft, and telling lies. He explores each in detail, and then asks us to switch the negativity to create positive experiences for ourselves, which he calls “the ten positive results.”
