A Magical Picnic at Windermere Ranch (and Online!)

Picture a perfect weather day in the 70’s sitting on top of the world overlooking a paradise called Santa Barbara. Picture over 200 beautiful Souls gathering to share their love and joy with each other. Hear the laughter, see the picturesque land and boulders and ponds, taste the scrumptious barbeque and delectable desserts and then, you’ll be transported to the Windermere Picnic with the Travelers on October 13th.

Our group always welcomes another opportunity to be together, to share our loving and hugs and caring with each other, and this was no exception. And this year for the first time, we were joined by 70 folks participating online from around the world!

Joy filled the air as we enjoyed a very magical day at Windermere, made even more special with sharing by our special ‘Man for All Seasons” Traveler John Morton. During the sharing, John blessed the prayers and intentions for peace we wrote as we arrived. The event was kicked off by the talented voices of Robin Howe, Valerie Ojeda and Eric Lumiere followed by Paul Kaye’s entertaining presentation of the Adopt-A-Horse program.

And, speaking of horses, Lynn Cox and her capable assistants offered visits with our horses while George Pace toured “Valentino”, our Llama Goat and Sheep Protector Extraordinaire, and Glenn Barnett and Andrew Baillie conducted tours of the ranch. Clark Franke provided joyful trailer rides around the property for the children in addition to the arts and crafts offered.

Woody’s Barbeque catered to our taste-buds and many of us definitely went back for seconds and thirds.

All in all, another beautiful day of being on the ranch and sharing the love and Peace of the land and the blessings of our Beloved Traveler.

Thank you John-Roger for giving us this place of peace at Windermere.

Here are some sharings from participants…..

Beautiful day. Gratitude!

Loved seeing all the new animals, lambs, mini-cattle, chickens, turkeys as well as horses. I also had my own special moment with Valentino the Llama who’s quite a character. John’s seminar was a true blessing sort of like a Sermon on the Mount moment without a sermon but a river of Light.
~Rinaldo Porcile, Los Angeles, California (in person participant)

I enjoyed your Windermere event yesterday. To have events online is such a blessing for me. It’s a way for our worldwide community to be realized in my experience in a vivid way. I love you. God bless you. Peace, be still.
~David Jenkins, Massachusetts (online participant)

Beloveds Debbie, Julie, NOW and all who made this possible just now
And especially John:

Thank you for presenting PEACE, JOY and demonstrating yet again that YOU ARE THE BLESSINGS – and, in that, WE ALL BECOME The Blessings.

I thank God for the Peace and JOY which enfolds us all, all ways – and for the beauty and oneness of our awesome spiritual family.

In Love, Light and Sound!!

  1. Woo hoo! This picnic completely rocked out!! Janet and Auria, you did a magnificent job TCing this event. John Morton’s seminar brought so much peace into my heart (or reminded me of the peace that is always there present). It touched me and made me so excited to see our MSIA family together at the Ranch and 70 people tuning in online! Windermere goes broadcast. 🙂 All in all, a magnificent, magnificent day.

  2. ……even sitting here by my comp. 2 weeks away of the eevent, am able to sense the bliss and the communion among members.

Whoever took the pictures has a great sensibility to color, atmosphere and especially people.

God bless you all for such great simple and yet sublime moments to share.
