John-Roger quotes Hamlet’s Pelonius early in this seminar, “To thine own self be true…,” and then he poses a most difficult question, “How do you be true to yourself?” J-R’s answer to that question is about the companionship of Spirit. We can become true to ourselves if we open ourselves to the experience of our own Spirit, our own Truth.
