New Day Herald

John-Roger Marathon & The Wayshower World Premiere, ArcLight Cinerama Dome, March 8th, 2012

The day started with checking in with Zoe and The Cinerama staff. We set the Red Carpet up and I proceeded to DJ on the Ipad 2, we screened 8 1/2 hours of John-Roger seminars and a tease of the Wayshower Documentary about John-Roger’s life.

I picked The Cinerama because I was at the opening there of ā€œApocalypse Nowā€ in 1979. I never forgot and I filed that experience away until now. J-R gave the blessing to go for it, so we four-walled (rented), the Cinerama Dome. The idea was to have an amazing Premiere and to be able to find a theater that during the day we would use for the John-Roger Marathon. Zoe made the contacts and started promoting.

On March 8th 2012 during the J-R Marathon I asked the folks below in their seats to text me if they loved it. Well, being stuck in the projectionist booth I can tell you it can get lonely, however, when I received everyoneā€™s texts, which came to about 20 people texting me, I felt an overwhelming flow of Light sent my way. I felt love through the cellphones.

We then began to get ready for The Premiere and the Red Carpet. Kelly organized the flow of the Red Carpet, Zoe floated and brought in the VIPs. Nic Brown was the Awesome Host at the Door. Laura Mola and my mother sold books and gave out Journals. Jeeni and Howard and Malika ushered folks to their seats. Mark Lurie stood as Reserve General to the seats. Of course Phil recorded the whole event HD style and Julie Lurie was online Red Carpet and Behind the scenes of the J-R Marathon. David Sand was shooting the stars. It was flawless and perfect. Thanks to all that helped to get the “The Wayshower” launched into the stars that night which blazed a full moon on us all at the Dome.

The Red Carpet is what it is and the Theater was a Dream come true but having John-Roger there was “it” for me. When he sat down in his seat that was “it” for me. Two years ago we made this movie called The Wayshower about John-Roger, and me of course. An excuse to travel and share the teaching with J-R and the Band of Travelers. Johnny Apple Seed — “Making the teachings available.”

I’m proud of my MSIA family and I’m proud of John-Roger and all that he has done for us. All of us that came brought a Spirit of fellowship and oneness to the occasion. I thank you again.

If you want to see The Wayshower look for it on iTunes soon.

Once again, thank you John-Roger,

Jsu Garcia
