    Step 1

    Begin by bringing your attention to your breathing. This is the first step in connecting with your Spirit, in attuning yourself to the presence of God.

    As your breath flows into your belly, let go.

    You can sense the presence of Spirit by a shift in the quality of the energy around you. When you are in attunement, things just naturally feel better both within and around you.

    Step 3

    Relax your shoulders, align your body with the flow of gravity, and release any tension down through your feet into the earth.

    By relaxing your body and focusing on your breathing, it’s remarkable how quickly you will come to a peaceful place within.

    Allow your head to “float” on top of your shoulders.

    Whenever you want to call on God, all you need to do is sit quietly and listen. If nothing happens, and all you experience is stillness, that’s wonderful, too. God is in that stillness.
