But there is another promise, a spiritual promise made to us by God, that we are already loved and valued for who we are, not for what we do or say, not for how we look, not for our jobs, and not for whether or not we agree with those around us. The spiritual promise is that we are all heirs to the kingdom of God because we are the sons and daughters of God. And our Souls are our beacon to guide us home to that safe haven, no matter how difficult we have made our journey.

The hardest thing that we come against is loving each other. Jesus said it this way: "When you've done it to the least one of these, you've done it unto me" (Matthew 25:40). A lot of people never could figure out what that really meant, but you can understand it once you realize that God is in His creation as God, and we are manifestations of creation. And if God is omniscient, there are no secrets. Don't even try to pretend there are. If you do, you are going to waste and deviate your time away from keeping your eyes on the oneness. When you start to live in the oneness, you start to lift in consciousness. Lifting is, "I love this. I love that. I love you. I love myself even when I do mean, nasty things." That's my ego personality doing the mean things, or the basic self doing them, and I need to love that basic self, since it is me.
