The process of Spirit is inclusive and universal, and assists us to get past our differences. In the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness we don't have a right way versus a wrong way - we have a way that provides new realizations for us all to work with. We give over to a spiritual domain, to the Beloved One who shares the teachings with all who give to love.

John Morton, DSS
When you complete things, when you tell the truth (to yourself and others), there is nothing you have to remember, no undone things or deceptions taking away your precious energy. It may be a matter of endurance, a matter of holding out to the end, despite the temptations. Do it. Get to the end. The clichƩ that "she or he wins who endures to the end" is accurate. In this process, the finish line is not the line ahead of you. It is the line you see as you cross it. Do you stop the second you cross it? Not necessarily. The momentum of finishing a task in devotion may propel you further than your original intentions. The result of that can be surprising rewards that are beyond your expectations.

When a husband and wife start keeping score and trying to get even, the marriage may be in some trouble. You can't get even physically, emotionally, or mentally. Spiritually, you are already even, and that level encompasses all the others. If lovers and husbands and wives and children love each other spiritually, the rest of their lives will be beautiful.

John-Roger, DSS
The Soul is your connection to God's loving heart. The Soul is living water to quench your thirst. The Soul is living food to nourish you. The Soul is the living breath that gives you life.

John-Roger, DSS
As you move through experiences in your life, pay very close attention to what is taking place within you and around you. Observe what actions and reactions, what thoughts, what daydreams, what words, etc., create negative results - either physically, emotionally, financially, mentally, creatively, or unconsciously - in yourself or in others. Observe those actions that produce positive results. With conscious direction, control and discipline, move your expression more and more into that which creates positive results within yourself: better health (physical, mental, emotional), greater wealth, and more happiness. That is the path to freedom.

When conflicts arise, one of the most important things you can do is to get yourself into Light consciousness. Ask for the Light to be with you as soon and as much as possible. In the Light, the conflict is resolved. It's cleared away because it can't stay in the Light. The Light can also help you see it more clearly so you can do what is your level of responsibility in the best way. The Light reveals clarity and resolution.

John Morton, DSS
The Soul knows the experience of connection. A child, when born to this world, wants to experience himself or herself as belonging to his family. His Soul knows the joy and loving that come from connection with God. He seeks to recreate that essential connection here on Earth. A child wants to be accepted and loved.

John-Roger, DSS
Your first line of defense in a situation of negativity is the positive use of your creative mind. You must stand as a beacon of positive energy if you are to break free of negative controls and move into a higher expression. You can do this both as an individual and within a group action.

The forgiving of the action is where the Spirit comes in. You know that you are maturing spiritually when you forgive, forget, and love in spite of, not because of, and not spitefully.

John-Roger, DSS
Express lovingly toward everyone you encounter.
