When you're in alignment with Soul Transcendence, it's the highest good of all concerned. It's working with all of your levels, but the focus is with the Soul, who you are.

John Morton, DSS
With the joyfulness comes responsibility and knowledge. Knowledge always comes from beauty. When you see something beautiful, it attracts something inside of you, and that thing inside of you says, "Oh, that's so pretty." You want to know more about it. Finding out more about it is knowledge; and knowledge becomes awareness. So your knowledge has always been based upon your perception of something beautiful. What one perceives as beautiful, of course, another may not, because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As you perceive an essence of beauty and then seek for knowledge, you find that there is a love within. This love is the divine essence, which is God.

John-Roger, DSS
Spiritual exercises can bring forward a discipline inside that brings you into line past the crazies, past your own personality, past anything this world can offer you. In that comes a dynamic freedom.

John-Roger, DSS
Keep in mind that what may be valid for one person may not be valid for another. There's truth in the old saying that "one man's medicine is another man's poison." We all must participate in life according to where we come from and where we are going, according to our own life destinies. You can't ask for the truth for a group; you can only ask for truth for yourself. You have a right to ask for the truth for yourself; you don't have the right to inflict your truth or preferences on others.

John-Roger, DSS
There's a tendency to think that if we worry enough about a situation, we can change it. I've found, however, that worry is not very effective in changing anything. In fact, it can increase tension in your body, mind, and emotions, which can make you feel worse. If you worry too much, you can become ill. And if you get ill, other people have to take care of you. So, by worrying, you may create more problems than you're trying to solve. It's much easier to give your problems to God, or to the Light. You can take a problem or situation and say, "I place this in the Light for the highest good." It's amazing how freeing that is.

Do you realize that you are not doing spiritual exercises? Spirit is doing them, and you get to participate as much as you can. How do you best do that? You make yourself available. How do you best make yourself available? By lining up all your energy and focusing all your energy on being available spiritually - which is to say inside - to bring your attention inside.

John Morton, DSS
There are no reasons for you to withhold loving from yourself, regardless of what you do, say, think, or feel. It's easier to be peaceful with yourself when you feel good about what you've been doing, and about the thoughts you've focused on. Learn to love it all; that is unconditional loving. It starts with you. Then it can radiate out into the world.

Living love means that your love extends unconditionally to all beings. You love everything and everyone present, no exceptions.

It's a very difficult thing to live on this planet, because part of you says, "I'm tired." What we do then is we say, "I want to go into the Unknowable - to God."

John-Roger, DSS
When you teach children, use their language to talk to them. If it's baby talk, you use baby talk. If it's love-talk, you use love-talk. It should all be love-talk. Even when you are saying, "Shhh, be quiet," the child should not hear any harshness. The child should hear, "I love you very much; please be quiet now."
