Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.

It takes the heart to bypass the mind and say, "I know better." It takes the heart to say that lovemaking has to do with making love. To make love in the act of sexual intercourse is to be with someone who is loved and is being love. Intercourse without loving can leave you lonely seconds after the orgasm you fought so hard for and felt yourself to be entitled to. When you come from the heart, however, loving is loving. Then every touch is that expression, regardless of how long you last or how long it takes, because the loving experience outlasts the physical expression.

John-Roger, DSS
Teach your children to use what they can use and to allow other children to use what they can't. Let them play with a toy for as long as their interest holds, then show them how to exchange it for another. That helps them understand how not to get spread out too thin in the world or get involved with too many things at once.

John-Roger, DSS
You have a duty to the society in which you live. When you take care of the children, yourself, your friends, and the older people, that duty to society is automatically handled; it is already happening. Then your duty to your nation and your hemisphere is fulfilled, and everywhere you go, you are then performing your dharma, or duty. When you have completed all of these, you have done your duty to God. Some people believe that going to church on Sunday constitutes their duty to God, and they don't do anything the rest of the week. That may be hypocrisy. Dharma is a living, ongoing, breathing, daily manifestation. It is a way of life.

John-Roger, DSS
If you only have time for 15 minutes of spiritual exercises - do it.

John-Roger, DSS
People who work to the full capacity of their ten-percent have been called geniuses - or sometimes eccentrics because they are true to their own consciousness and not to the opinions of the world. When you are true to yourself, you learn to maintain the dignity of your own divine consciousness. Then, no matter what your family, employers, friends, or anyone else asks of you, you can respond joyfully as an expression and manifestation of Baraka - the Light, the Spirit, the love of the Soul. You can bypass concerns of "what other people might say or think" and move into doing.

When we make God our priority, that is a way we align ourselves in how we live. It becomes an automatic translation into how we express ourselves. It has to do with how we serve God. If we make God first in our lives, then we become of service. We identify ourselves as a servant of God because that is who God is in this level. It is the highest form of consciousness available to us.

John Morton, DSS
Letting go and letting God is another way of saying, "Relax, and be patient." Begin by bringing your attention to your breathing. As your breath flows into your belly, let go. Relax your shoulders, align your body with the flow of gravity, and release any tension down through your feet into the earth. Allow your head to "float" on top of your shoulders. As you relax your body and focus on your breathing, it's remarkable how quickly you will come to a peaceful place within. This is the first step in connecting with your spirit, in attuning yourself to the presence of God.

John-Roger, DSS
When you are loyal to yourself, you develop inner reference points of peace, contentment and a sense of worthiness.

Only the love matters, the pure love, the unconditional love that is simply present as God's beingness.

Your doing spiritual exercises allows the Mystical Traveler's support to enter where needed. Spiritual exercises are simultaneously an act of practice and support, giving and calling on the divine energy within you.
