When you live in the moment and live free, you're living in Soul. So let go of each moment as it passes. Forgive any judgments. Detach yourself from this earth, from memories of the past, from expectations of the future. Do those things that awaken you to your Soul, and let the rest go.

The Spirit of God has reached into every level of darkness and brought the Light so that none who seek it can be denied. All are embraced by the Light, the love of God. You are free to move past all that confines, all the conditions. Choose wisely, choose freely. All is here now. The Kingdom is opened unto you.

Love is a process of now. If it's the past, it's nostalgia or a depression. If it's in the future, it's an anxiety or an apprehension. If we try to place love upon that, we may be talking about the reproductive system of the body moving up and down inside of us and we call that love. And it may just be peristaltic movement of something inside of us. But love is the process of the here and the now.

Right now is when the consciousness of reality is present. There is no time when it will be present other than right now. Therefore, you don't have to go anyplace.

When a moment is done, my attitude is "I'm finished with what I did. Now, how do I keep moving on with my life?"

If you are reading this and are distracted from the experience you get while reading this, you need practice. Practice the action of focus. Place your intellect, your emotions, your body -- your entire self -- here and now. When you are in the only place that Spirit exists, which is here and now, you are then available to your freedom.

When you can live your life in the moment that it happens, not looking for anything in particular to take place, just being open to the present, you are living in Spirit; and you will find yourself experiencing so much joy and so much freedom. In that moment of NOW, you begin to know yourself and that is the beginning of your knowledge of God.

If you're smart, if you're wise, and if you're spiritual, the karma that you create, you disperse by the end of the night. If you take a negative thought over to the next morning, you are on the way to building more karma. This is why we say, don't go to bed with things hanging on your head. So, if you have to, get up and write them on a piece of paper and burn it.

Do whatever it takes to bring yourself to right now because you cannot transcend the physical from yesterday, and you can't do it from tomorrow.

It matters little what someone else has or has not done. What matters is what you're doing right now.
