The Soul is always asking how it can use any circumstance for learning and growth.

The Soul is a state of liberation. In life, we have children or we do not. They survive or they do not. They are sick or healthy. Regardless, the Soul is partaking in it all from a consciousness of receiving value and learning.

When you find yourself getting upset because of what someone else does or says to you and you feel like your toes have been stomped on, pull your emotions back in. Place your loyalty once again with your Soul, with your spiritual exercises, with the upliftment of your consciousness. Focus on the unconditional loving you know you can experience and express.

If you give up your awareness of now, if you act without having a match in your thoughts, emotions, and your physical actions, you can throw yourself into great disturbance. If you tell off another person when you could have been quiet and held a Light consciousness for them, you bring disturbance to yourself. When you do not maintain your awareness of and your responsibility to the now, the present moment, you separate yourself from your reality. And in that separation, you can create your own hell. Then you know your Soul only by the reflection of those who know the Soul, rather than through your own direct experience of the Soul.

It is a good idea to sit down and take time to clear yourself on a daily basis. This can work just because you are willing to quiet yourself. You don't need to be aware of any blessing or spiritual awakening. There is value in simply quieting yourself. There is also value in what is unseen and unheard in the quieting, because the Soul always has the intention to get to God. The Soul wants to partner up and infuse with God. Even if we don't know what that is, it is enough to know that that is worthwhile. It is valuable to set that as our intention.

The Soul attracts to itself the positive essence of truth, love, joy, peace, and fulfillment.

When you go to see the Soul, you mostly see your thoughts and nothing else. So you say, "There's nothing else. If there were, I would be able to see it." You can't see the Soul's existence because it is wrapped up in you. Your Soul is what keeps you alive, not your mind. The mind, as strong as it may sometimes seem, is not always to be trusted. The Soul is solid ground.

If your mind plays questions, you can, if you wish, use the spiritual law of assumption: to assume right now that you are in Soul consciousness. In this place of the Soul, you experience unconditional loving for yourself and everything around you. Any disturbances are dissolved instantaneously in this awareness and it all becomes energy that's added to you for your strength and your purpose.

When the Soul is present, you experience love and joy in all that you do. You are like a little kid, singing and playing your way through all sorts of situations.

The inner being is perfect, with direct alignment in Spirit and fully capable of guiding and assisting each person toward manifesting the highest good.
