This consciousness of charity has never been one-way. It takes both the giver and the receiver to complete the action. If you're attempting to volunteer and do the work that we're doing here - I don't care if it's dancing or prancing or whatever forms it takes - it's important to take care of yourself. Do those things that nurture you, that bring you into your fullness, so that when you do come here, you are able to give of yourself and your gifts.
