Do spiritual exercises; sit and work with the Holy Spirit; go back inside where that Word is manifest and use it to tap through the levels of your own beingness - the mind, emotions, imagination, and body. Get the spiritual energies to come through those levels and start cleaning them up.

In spiritual exercises we leave the body and meet God in the Spirit and become one in the great Spirit with God. That produces great abundance in all our levels, but mostly spiritually.

Do the spiritual exercises, go inside, and see what's there.

The people who do spiritual exercises and do have the greater knowledge of the spiritual realms are building a foundation of strength and awareness.

Spiritual exercises are a way to access the goodness that is God. Chanting the tones (HU, Ani-Hu, or your initiation tone) is like calling your dog. If your dog's name is Charlie and you call him Henry, he may not come. If you want to access God, you keep calling God's name. You want to get God's awareness on you; it's all you're after.

That faith of putting your body in the position to call upon the Lord's name and listen is your righteousness. That's what's going to be counted for you when the last thing is counted. Not how long you sit in spiritual exercises, but that you did sit. Not that the Lord said anything to you, but that you were there to hear it if it was said.

The temptation to focus on the negative of this level is very strong. However, with the inner support that comes from doing spiritual exercises and other spiritual practices, people are re-directing their focus to going back home to God.

Because the Soul is alive and dynamic, you must get moving and active in order to know it. The spiritual exercises we are giving are techniques of chanting sacred names of God. In addition to giving your mind something to do, this connects you to an uplifting energy.

You may become more aware of (and better acquainted with) the levels of your consciousness that are part of your existence in this world: your mind, emotions, and imagination. Spiritual exercises can also break through the illusions of this world and move you into awareness of the higher levels of Soul and Spirit.

If we can, during spiritual exercises, hold with the presence of the Divine, we would realize that it is the flesh that shakes, the mind that shakes, the emotions that shake, and the unconscious that shakes. The part that is pure and steady and knows - that is the part that I work with. That's You.
