Being grateful means maintaining the awareness that God is entirely present in every moment of your life and that you don't have to go anywhere to experience the glory of God's presence. When you are in that type of awareness and cooperation, all things flow to you, and you experience a sense of upliftment and peace. The joy of it is that you can turn to the positive direction at any moment and the joy will be entirely present for you.

An attitude of gratitude is another key to being in harmony with the formlessness of infinite supply. When you can honestly and truly thank God for what you have, for all your experiences, for all the people in your life, and for all your expressions, the sense of gratitude goes very deep. In that depth, you are open to infinite supply.

Always maintain a sense of being grateful for all of your blessings.

Look for the good that is present and realize your gratitude. You can look for even greater good by asking, "How can I assist? How can I make things better inwardly and outwardly?"

You should be thankful every time somebody prods you because that lifts you just a little bit, and that little bit sometimes makes you notice that out-of-balance area.

Your life is a gift. In each day, find your gratitude. Right where you are, find your gratitude. Finding gratitude is going to open you up so whatever would serve you will come to you, whether it's a cure, a spontaneous healing or anything else you need. Goodness is what you deserve. It is your heritage.

A key is to appreciate with gratitude what you find. Everything has value. Nothing needs to be different from what it is. That's a beginning point. If you venture forth without accepting things the way they are, you are in a path of separation and disturbance. You are going to be off and out of balance. You will need to come back to acceptance, which is letting things be what they are and open to what can become.

Gratitude is a powerful antidote to negativity.

Be thankful you're in a physical body. Thanksgiving is every day, because in this physical body you can spring into eternal paradise. From this level you can springboard. From the other levels you work hard. You're the strong souls that have gotten in here. You're not weak. The weak ones weed themselves out to go and get strengthened, but strong souls have enough strength to usher themselves forward into the physical and rebound back into the Soul. I didn't say you were smart all the time. I said, "strong souls." Aren't all souls strong? I would love to say yes to that, but I don't know. I do know that the ones that come before me are strong. Even if they're not strong now, they will be if they stay with me, because I'll stretch you out to God while you are still in the physical.

The attitude of thankfulness stops the mind in its chatter and produces the ecstasy of the Soul. And that's hard to contain if you're not used to it. It can leave you nervous and upset. And so we must train ourselves consciously here to have more Soul impulse energy come through by praying, by meditating, by contemplation, by Soul transcendence experiences, by loving our neighbor as our-self. And practice loving God in all things.
