One of the primary ways to love the condition is being thankful for it. Start out with gratitude, and realize that if an adjustment is needed, it's an internal one. There's no use in blaming the outer condition by asking, "Why? or How dare you?" or creating a sense of betrayal or "I don't deserve it." You might as well look into the mirror and see that the conditions are reflecting your relationship to your self. And realize that at some level the conditions have all been agreed to by you.

To know more of the Soul, look with the eyes and hear with the ears of gratitude.

Consider trying on an attitude of openness. Now, think about what your attitude would be if you knew there is a place already prepared for you, a place that is your rightful home. It is a place kept safe and sacred for you until you are ready to accept that it exists and are ready to move toward it. You know you'll be welcomed there by the most loving being you can imagine. Wouldn't your attitude include elements of gratitude, enthusiasm, peace, and loving? Wouldn't you be so grateful to know you are coming home?

If you would practice Soul Transcendence, you might begin by practicing gratitude. Try it for an hour or a day or a week. Be creative. Try it on simple things. Try it in areas where you wouldn't normally experience gratitude. And when life seems too difficult or too sad or too hurtful, lift your perspective and ask your Soul to show you how you can use your experiences to learn to be grateful, to let go of judgments, and to expand your loving.

Rather than focusing on lack or the "what might be better", why not start being grateful for "what you've got". Here's a little exercise you can do on your own. Make a list of the people, things and qualities in your life for which you are grateful. It might surprise you all of the abundance you have in your life.

As we go to bed at night, be thankful that we are who we are and all that we're not yet. In that moment, peace be still. Extend that to all creation even in the midst of upset. God bless you. I love you. Peace be still.

A big key for people who want to maintain a Soul level consciousness is to stay in an attitude of gratitude, to choose to be thankful and appreciative of everything. Often, though, we get preoccupied and distracted because some little thing really bothers us, something like the paint is chipped on the car, and that will be the thing that will keep us out of the Divine revelation. You might say, "Chipped paint? How could that keep me from knowing the face of God?" It can do it if you let it draw your consciousness away from the Divine. It can get you and hold you like some kind of taskmaster that enslaves you. How do we get over this? We practice being thankful and give ourselves into the Light.

Where there's infinite supply, give thanks that there's infinite supply. Then receive infinite supply. And it supplies you infinitely. You never, ever will be able to have all that you want. But you can be filled to your capacity to receive.

You might ask, "God, are you ready?" Maybe God is not ready and responds, "Excuse me, I am still getting dressed. I did not have my breakfast yet. I did not get enough sleep last night." Can you imagine God responding like that? If you can, your God is too small. Those are just conditions. People can use any condition to decide, "I am not ready, I am not prepared, I am not going to. No! I refuse." Even that is a temporary condition because, sooner or later, something will happen and you will have to move. Your bowels will move, or you will need to take your next breath. You will not be able to avoid responding to the conditions present. If it is not one condition, it will be another, so you might as well handle your current condition with thankfulness and loving.

Be very thankful you can grow regardless of any physical, mental, emotional or financial situation.
