With life moving so quickly these days, it's nice to have a touch point to bring us back to our spiritual center. Loving Each Day is a free, daily email designed to uplift, inspire, and remind you of your divinity and true nature.
You're already in contact consciously with the conscious self; you're trying to get into the higher self, the spiritual self. To do this you have to remove the blocks that stand in the way. The blocks are any negative expressions -- envy, desire, jealousy, frustration, greed, avarice, and so forth. They block you from the reality of your own Spirit. They are parts of the negative self that stand in front of you and won't allow you to see the Divinity within, the God-source within. They are very effective blocks. How effective? Do you really know of your own Divine nature? I'm not talking about assuming it or believing it or feeling it, but knowing it. That's how effective the negativity is that blocks you. You have a full-time job just moving through your emotional patterns.
