On this planet of limitations, if you don't continually reconnect to the source -- Spirit -- the energy can start to dissipate and possibly disappear. So it is important that you take time for yourself: for yourself, your Soul, which is part of the Divine. Take time to reconnect and reawaken so Spirit can once again manifest to the mind, the emotions, the body, and right out again, riding on that enthusiasm.
