Near the beginning of the seminar, John-Roger delivers the following information, “Now, contrary to popular belief, dying is not painful. It’s the process before death that you can build up as painful. The letting go of the body is a release into the most ecstatic experience. Now many of you don’t remember this from your other lives; however, in this one, you’ll have that experience ‘cause I’ll be there with you. And you’ll step consciously from the body and bypass the angel of death. And then you will be able to review all of your records in a consciousness and see what you have done to yourself up to that point. “When you receive spiritual healing,” J-R says, “there is one thing that follows: a necessity of change. You cannot receive a healing from cancer and go along wishing to die; you will wish the cancer back into your system. You must change that thing within your creative consciousness that is producing this thrust that will go out and pick up all the negativity and bring it back and lay it on you. Then you say, ‘Why Lord, why me?’ And the Lord says, ‘Well, why not? You’re the one who did it.’ ”
The seminar focuses on healing the ills that we create for ourselves. J-R is very explicit in showing us how we do that, and how we can make the necessary changes so that healing is possible.
