J-R says, “Jealousy stems from the basic lack of self confidence and a weak self concept of who you are.” But it’s not that simple, “Jealousy is a self defense mechanism. So if it is a mechanism, that means it has underlying parts that mesh together and if you try to handle only one part you can’t be effective.”
