This is a seminar about peace and how to get it. In it, John-Roger cites many situations we all encounter which can prevent us from experiencing peace, such as feeling like a victim, having trouble in a marriage relationship, or living with emotions like anxiety and fear. You know, we’ve all been there.
J-R says, “You’ve got to be willing to let go of something that’s not working, and it will be the thing you do not want to let go of.” That’s if you’re interested in feeling peaceful. And it would be good to think of peace in a different way. J-R says, “Peace is not static, where you come to a standstill.” He makes the point that when we get stuck on our issues and become immobile, we block peace because peace is a process –dynamic and moving.
Within the seminar J-R gives us an important gift, a key to the behavior that will bring us toward peace every time. His key behavior comes through stories of his experiences and successes in moving into peace. And in the end, he says, “No matter what comes up in life, I’m going for peace. Anything else is just scenery on the way to God.”
God Bless You!
