This is one of those magical early recordings in which John-Roger tells more stories about his personal experience questing around among metaphysical teachers, channelers, and groups. Those were the days when he says he wanted someone to give him the experience of Spirit NOW.
He helps us in our own movement by suggesting we quest with patience and gradualness. To assist in that process, J-R guids us in a short meditation of acceptance for the impatience of our body, feelings, and mind, using the words, “Peace, Be Still.”
