John-Roger starts this seminar with the following assurance, “You always have the chance to rercharge yourself. Your spiritual source is always there. It has always been there and it will be there until these levels are no longer in existance.”
The rest of the seminar is devoted to examining “the pollution of mind and emotion which gets between us and the Light of Spirit.” J-R makes this a demonstration of pollution removal in which he illustrates how we pollute ourselves and how we can clean the inner environment.
